‘We’re very focused on what want’ — Bayern Munich’s Luis Luis Díaz talks UCL hopes

Bayern Munich winger Luis Díaz came up big once again for the squad as he scored the third goal during Bayern Munich’s 4-3 win (6-4 on aggregate) over Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday at the Allianz Arena.

The victory propelled the Bavarians into a semifinal round showdown with Paris Saint-Germain and Díaz said that the team is fully ready to go and focused on the ultimate goal of winning the whole thing.

“We are very focused on what we want, which is to reach the Champions League final. We want to cap off the season with a happy ending,” Díaz told ESPN Colombia (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).

It will not be easy for Bayern Munich against PSG, but this season has been all about how the Bavarians deal with tough games and adversity. Against Real Madrid, Bayern Munich proved their mettle, but — per Díaz — the job is not yet complete.
