New Auburn coach Bryan Harsin embraces challenges

-

Bryan Harsin got a quick lesson in priorities at Auburn. The first question when he finally finished was, fittingly, about competing against Nick Saban and No. 1 Alabama in the Iron Bowl. ''I've got nothing other than respect for (Saban) and what they've done and I'm certainly looking forward to competing against him and we'll have our opportunity to do that,'' Harsin said.

(Photo by Michael Owens/Getty Images) | Getty Images The Green Bay Packers have added depth to their running back room on Sunday, as they’ve traded for former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Kaleb Johnson. Johnson, a 23-year-old, was a third-round pick for the Steelers coming out of Iowa last season. Johnson ended up buried on Pittsburgh’s dept chart, though, following the team’s signings of Rico Dowdle and Travis Homer behind starter Jaylen Warren. Funny enough, he was actually fourth on the Steelers in rushing yards last year, as tight end Jonnu Smith had nine carri...

The day prior, the Patriots traded for star receiver A.J. Brown, giving the Philadelphia Eagles a 2028 first and a 2027 fifth-round pick in return. Here's everything Mike Vrabel was asked about and had to say about Brown and the trade: Given your relationship with A.J. Brown, knowing him as a person and player, how important was it for you to make that deal happen? Vrabel:  I think just trying to improve our football team every possible way, give our offense multiple weapons to build on what we did last year. I think having experience with the person, to be able to add an accomplished NFL football player, receiver, premium player at his position, but somebody that we also feel strongly about as a person, a competitor and a teammate. I appreciate Eliot [Wolf] for being able to work and get...
